- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or a copy of the receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a return. These include:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items sold as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 12-24 business days.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sairamkreations.africa. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, whether that involves a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for these specific cases.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
